The Magic Millions Sales week is over and we are so pleased with the quality yearlings we selected and purchased on behalf of clients.  We always start with a huge list of horses to inspect and have to whittle them down to a manageable and affordable list.  There are always horses that slip through the net for one reason or another but we are delighted with the six yearlings, two colts and four fillies, which we took home.

Lot 12 Bay Colt Magic Albert x Red Centre – Strong early foal from a strong 2YO family. Out of a Rubiton mare this colt has two winning full brothers which shows that the cross works.  One full brother is multiple stakes placed, a winner of 10 races and over $290K in prize money.  Dam has produced four runners for four winners.

Lot 60 Bay Filly Casino Prince x Serious Speed – Stunning filly out of a Group 1 and Group 2 winning and multiple Group placed dam.

Lot 309 Chestnut Filly Snitzel x Dance Girl Dance – Speedy looking filly by proven speed sire out of stakes placed dam who won 7 races and over $250K in prizemoney.  Dam is by Champion 2YO sire Made Of Gold and is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Hollowlea.

Lot 330 Bay Filly Casino Prince x Devil Moon – Quality second foal out of Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3 winning and multiple Group placed dam.

Lot 387 Bay Filly Encosta de Lago x Fiction – Classic filly by twice Australian Champion Sire Encosta de Lago out of winning Redoubte’s Choice mare herself a daughter of Group 1 Golden Slipper Stakes winner Polar Success.

Lot 619 Brown Colt Lonhro x Oh So Discreet – Striking almost black colt by Australian Champion Sire Lonhro out of stakes placed Bluebird dam.  Dam has produced six foals to race for six winners including Group 1 winner Maybe Discreet, Group 3 winner Just Discreet and Group 2 placed Always Discreet.

Our clients are interested in joining partnerships with other racing enthusiasts so if you are interested in taking a share in any of the above yearlings please contact Marybeth on 0400 674 323 or via email at falvelonlodge7@bigpond.com.

Kind regards

Marybeth
